National insulation rock wool coils (insulator) is produced by assembling rock wool fibers with the addition of a small percentage of the binding material as to give the minimum cohesion level,while maintaining the flexibility and ability of formation. Then it isheat dried as to produce a flexible, easy folding and installingcoils, last step is to laminate withaluminum foil as an additional barrier to moisture and heat, support heat reflection and to give a beautiful view as well.
Rock Wool Mattresses
For the production of rock woolmattresses (insulator) where rock wool fiber is assembled without the addition of any binder and formed in the shape of coherent and flexiblequilts, then sewn with metal and cotton threads and laminated withgalvanized metal as to give it further reinforcement and consistency to suit different industrial andmechanical insulationpurposes.Insulation Rockwool mattresses are laminated with aluminum foils or metal Nets or both depends on the purpose of use.
